I couldn't believe how comfortable and quiet the hotel was despite its central location. The rooms were spacious and cozy, but it took a while for the heating to warm up. The service was very nice and welcoming, and the shared bathrooms are now a thing of the past. The location was excellent, close to the town center, airports, and motorways, making it perfect for our needs. The dining experience offered basic but sufficient options for a good start to the day.

The spacious and comfortable rooms provided a peaceful sleep despite the busy roundabout outside. It was a bit cold initially until the heating kicked in.

The Greenmount hotel in Belfast was a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean and very comfortable, were not ready on time, which caused some inconvenience on our first day. The room was small and lacked essentials like a wardrobe, bedside lamp, and had a hole in the floor. On the bright side, the room was nicely decorated, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Despite some flaws, I would consider staying at Greenmount again if visiting Belfast.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, very central with inviting staff. It was convenient for getting into town and had good restaurants within walking distance.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was below expectations with poor options and a self-service style that did not offer much variety. However, the availability of burgers was a slight positive aspect.
Facilities
The facilities at the hotel offered a homey atmosphere with exotic scents, rivaling the comfort of home.

7.0/10

The hotel has a convenient location near shopping centers and dining options, making it noisy with the windows open but very central and close to the city center. Although the room had a lovely bay window for natural lighting, the mildew-smelling sheets affected our sleep quality. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff despite ongoing renovations. The continental breakfast offered a relaxed experience, but limited hot food options. Overall, a decent choice for the price with some room for improvement.
